Gold
    •    You can play long rallies consistently
    •    You handle net play well
    •    You move to the net with purpose and know how to finish points
    •    You defend confidently using the walls
    •    You control the pace of the game (you know when to play fast or slow)
    •    You use lobs, bandejas or control shots to build the point
    •    You make few unforced errors
    •    You read the game well and position yourself correctly on court
    •    You look to win points with tactics and control, not just power

Silver
    •    You can maintain medium-length rallies (5–8 shots)
    •    You have direction in your shots (not just getting the ball over the net)
    •    You move to the net with intention, even if you don’t always dominate the point
    •    You are starting to use the walls in defence
    •    You know how to play lobs to regain the net
    •    You have the basic shots under control (forehand, backhand, volley)
    •    Sometimes you attack, sometimes you defend, but you still make mistakes
    •    You understand basic positioning on court

Bronze
    •    Rallies are usually short (2–4 shots)
    •    You find it difficult to keep the ball in play for several points in a row
    •    You play most shots after the bounce
    •    You rarely go to the net, or only when the ball is very easy
    •    Your safest option is simply returning the ball, without much control
    •    You are still learning how to use the walls
    •    You struggle to defend fast or deep balls
